- The wing nut DIN 315 is a manually tightened fastener with two projecting wings that allow hand assembly and disassembly without tools. It is supplied in metric coarse thread sizes from M4 to M24, with a threaded bore through the full height of the hub. The nut body includes a cylindrical hub and two flat wings extending outward to provide grip.
