This website is operated by Xiamen Dashilian Trading Co., Ltd.. We supply industrial fasteners to business buyers and use this site to publish product specifications and to receive requests for quotation.
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry or request a pre-order sample, we receive the name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number you enter, together with the requirement text you write and any drawings, size lists or spreadsheets you attach.
If you ask for a sample we also receive the destination country or region you enter, and the expected order quantity and application if you choose to provide them. Those two fields are optional.
We ask for this information only so that we can prepare a quotation or a sample. We do not sell it, and we do not share your drawings or specifications with other buyers.
Information collected automatically
We keep our own basic visit statistics: the pages viewed, the referring source, an anonymous visit identifier stored in your browser, and whether an inquiry was submitted. This is first-party measurement used to understand which product pages help buyers.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not build profiles about you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and their attachments are kept as business correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or its records require. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form.
You can ask us to delete an inquiry and its attachments at any time.
Sharing
We share your details only where it is necessary to answer your request — for example with the production or inspection team handling your specification, or with a courier when you have asked us to ship a sample.
We use standard email and WhatsApp to reply to you. Those services carry your message under their own terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@taurusfix.com.
You can also simply stop sending inquiries; we do not add inquiry senders to any marketing list without being asked.
