Dimensional tables, standard references, material and property class information on this site are published to help you specify a part. They describe the standards and the supply options we can offer.
The exact material, property class, finish, tolerance and packing for your order are confirmed in the written quotation and order confirmation. Where this site and a written quotation differ, the quotation applies.
Quotations, prices and lead times
This site does not display prices and does not accept orders. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms are quoted per request and remain valid for the period stated in that quotation.
Certificates and inspection reports
Any certificate or inspection report published on this site is a public example. It shows the document format and the level of detail we issue.
The certificate supplied with your order is issued against that order's own product, heat and agreed inspection plan, and is the only document that applies to your goods.
Samples
Pre-order samples are supplied on the terms published on the quality page. Sample charges, freight and dispatch time are confirmed in writing before anything is dispatched.
Your content
When you send drawings, size lists or specifications, you confirm you are entitled to share them with us. We use them only to prepare your quotation or sample and do not pass them to other buyers.
