- This spring lock washer is produced to DIN 127 and provides a split-ring design that helps maintain preload in bolted assemblies. The washer is formed with a trapezoidal cross-section and a single cut, creating two offset ends that grip the bearing surface and the nut or bolt head during tightening. It is supplied in alloy steel and stainless steel, with finishes including zinc plating, Dacromet, blackened, plain, and passivated.
