- This hexagon nut is produced to ISO 4033, the standard for high type (Style 2) nuts. It features a six-sided external shape for tightening with standard wrenches and sockets. The nut is threaded through its full height. Available in metric diameters from M5 to M39, with coarse pitch threads as listed in the standard. Materials include carbon steel in property classes 6, 8, and 10, and stainless steel in grades A2-70 and A4-80. Surface finishes offered are zinc plated, hot dip galvanized, Dacromet, phosphate, blackened, plain, and passivated. When requesting a quotation, specify the diameter, material, grade, and finish required.
