- Description
- The E-clip retaining washer to DIN 6799 is an E-type retaining ring designed to axially locate bearings and components on shafts where a machined shoulder is not present. It snaps into a groove on the shaft and provides a removable shoulder for part retention. The ring is supplied in carbon steel or stainless steel, with finishes including phosphate, zinc plated, plain, or passivated. Available sizes cover groove diameters from 0.8 mm to 30 mm, corresponding to shaft diameter ranges from 1 mm to 42 mm. When requesting a quotation, specify the required groove diameter, material, and finish.
