- Not exactly. Same thread, but the head height differs at 6 sizes (ST4.8: 3.55 mm in DIN 7981, 3.7 mm in ISO 7049); the head diameter differs at 5 sizes (ST4.2: 8.2 mm in DIN 7981, 8 mm in ISO 7049). Small details differ too. Order to the number on your drawing.
- Which to order
- ISO 7049 for new drawings. It replaced DIN 7981, and if your drawing says DIN 7981, we make DIN 7981.
- GB/T 845
- China's version of ISO 7049, with the same dimensions.
- Sizes
- ST2.2 to ST6.3 in all three. DIN 7981 also has ST3.9.
